We researched many options and chose Sue's service. We are very glad we did. Sue and her excellent team have taken the load off our shoulders four days per week (more if requested), which allows us to all function. Sue is flexible and makes sure to roster carers who are appropriate to our mother's needs. Sue is always available for consultation, and listens to any concerns and makes changes to the schedule or personnel any time we have asked. She provides detailed daily reports to that we are always aware of what happened on any given day, and that any issues arising can be dealt with appropriately.

Dad has dementia and was really struggling to live at home after mum died. I didn’t want to place him into a Nursing Home and a friend of mine recommended Sue. Sue came over and together we worked out how best to care for dad at home. Sue and her team are amazing. I don’t worry nearly as much about him anymore as I know he’s eating well, getting out and about everyday, is safe and well cared for.
