While working as a nurse at St Vincent’s Private Hospital, Sue Pullar was asked by a family to help organise 24-hour care for their mother. That experience became the starting point for Sue’s Home Care.
2016
From paper scheduling to a digital care platform
As the team grew, Sue’s Home Care moved from manual scheduling to a digital care management platform, helping coordinate staff, shifts and care information more efficiently.
2021
Expanded disability support through NDIS registration
Sue’s Home Care expanded its disability support services and became an approved registered NDIS provider.
Today
Clinically led. Still personal.
Sue’s Home Care now provides in-home care, clinical care, respite, disability support, hospital-to-home care and palliative care, while staying grounded in the same personal approach that started the business.
